At Vicit, maintaining a strong ethical culture requires everyone to speak up when concerns arise. Our Tip-Off Line provides a secure, confidential and, where preferred, anonymous reporting channel for suspected fraud, corruption, misconduct, regulatory breaches, unethical behaviour, or any activity that could negatively impact our people, stakeholders, or organisation. All reports made in good faith will be treated confidentially, investigated appropriately, and reviewed impartially. Retaliation against individuals who raise genuine concerns will not be tolerated. Separately, I will be forwarding several governance-related policies for publication on the website. Once these have been finalised, we can discuss the creation of dedicated policy pages and the overall website structure required to accommodate them effectively.
